House Sitting

While I’ve been maintaining and renovating homes for well over 30 years, I began professionally managing homes in 2006 at the start of my Real Estate career when I discovered my clients were needing to relocate and homes were not selling very fast. The solution was to rent the homes, but who would keep an eye on the house or handle problems as they arose? There were plenty of Commercial and HOA Property Management firms, but no one was handling Single Family Residential homes. I saw the need and I filled it. My Property Management business exploded. My company not only handled renting it out, but also the financial operation of the home as well as all repairs and maintenance.

When I began Pet Sitting, my clients found comfort in knowing that the person caring for their beloved pets could also handle any issues with the home that might come up. Small repairs and maintenance are not a problem for me and if there are major issues, you have a person in place that is intimately familiar with the process; from stabilizing the situation to sourcing the work.

Not only can I resolved most issues that arise, clients can also take advantage of my Handyman services to perform repairs and renovations around the house while they are gone. Whatever your home may need, it will be in good hands and under a watchful eye.

Please shoot me an email with the details of your needs.

**Does that home above look familiar? Thats the Nineteenth century home of Louisa May Alcott, writer of Little Women and of the Alcott family, in Concord, Massachusetts. No, I did not sit here, but I have visited it a few times while House Sitting in Boston. Be sure to visit if you are in the area. It is a quite informative tour. The homes below are just a few of the ones I have sat for.

Cleaning – Cleansing – Sanitizing It’s something on everyone’s mind these days, but how many are cleansing their body, mind and their  environment – of stuff? • New York to Washington State – One Year Later December 4, 2019
I readily admit that I enjoy Facebook Memories. Looking back at where I was one, two, even eight years ago on a specific day reminds me of how far I have come. How fast life moves and how easy it is to forget where you were and as my Fifty-fifth birthday approaches rapidly, there is... […]
